Thread regarding Sears layoffs

My money is on Thus Feb 23rd for Head Office (Hoffman Estates) Layoffs, here's a simple reason why:

A simple excercise anyone can do. Open your outlook calendar, go to 'make new appointment' then 'select rooms'. Select every room available. You will see what rooms are available and the title for each. Beteeen the hours of 8am and around 1/2PM there are close to 30 'Strategy Sessions' or 'Blocked for BC' across all buildings. This site wide blocking of rooms does not happen (explore yourself) people get let go on mass and in conference rooms. Good luck to all, have your desks ready and packed by Wednesday just in case.

Yes, it's on Thurs. I work in HR, we all got debriefed in meeting last Thurs. Names of those to be let go got confirmed and sent to leadership on Friday. We have blocked our mornings on Thurs to deliver news. Sorry.

Majority say 'strategy session' a handful say BC, many on these boards said Feb 23rd was the day, those noises combined with mass room blocking across buildings, HR teams occupied during this time, anniversary of last years layoffs, leadership meetings on the morning of 23rd, other noises, make it seem layoffs on the 23rd at Hoffman are very likely.
