Looks like spin control ramping up Trump style. Try as they might to spin past leadership in process as predicting future leadership it won't matter to the accountants as they soon have to book the depreciation of the tools and than divide the huge wage cost among a few die per wager yield.

That is why the announcements have started about lower margins as they will try and hide the 10nm disaster.

The margins are plummeting and more ACTs are going to be needed to try and keep margins from plummeting
