Make a plan NOW to get out within 3 months. Your plan needs to include the possibility that you will have to get out of education because for the most part, non profits aren't hiring employees from for profits.

To this statement: "non-profits aren't hiring employees from for profits." Why? Because I've seen instructors having another teaching job alongside Ai. Even if that weren't the case there were plenty of those former teachers getting a job and not get fired due to their former workplace

In my city they are. The big state university in our city has been taking our Ai instructors & admissions staff for years. They just pay a lot less. But they are looking awfully appealing right now.
