I think we all know it's a bad situation, but it's of her own making. Lots of us have a hard time feeling sorry for her.

Let's just hope for the best and hope for no more fires in the cafeteria.
It's not unheard of for layoffs to happen before or near holiday, although it isn't a very good practise. I hope it doesn't happen to us, though, but you never know. We should know soon enough. Soon enough.

From what I've seen, we aren't booking enough sales to make ends meet. We are spending more than Ed take in. More cuts are coming - end of qtr
The trend is downsizing, consolidating operations and offices, as well as integration into the Intel mothership. Those trends are here to stay and nobody can buck those.
Can we treat each other better? Leave our personal issues at home? I hope so. I do hope the bad behavior is a trend we do buck.
CEO left this time a year ago. It was dreadfully quiet before he left and a few undeserving blokes and birds were promoted.
Come to think of it, it's been quiet slow before each redundancy this year. I do believe we will have another shake up shortly after holiday.
I hope the people whose atrocious behaviour has been called out here and on campus are let go. Even if their spouse has created drama here, they should leave.
