How did you end up therE? Years of below average, perfect candidate!
I am in the bottom third for my pay range, so I am ok for the next ACT. I just need to avoid the S4/5 for next Focals.

Sounds like BS. Somebody currently at Intel SC in grade 5, please post image of Pay Modeling range. Other pay grade folks, please post as well. Thanks.
@1bwe, please look in internal Pay Modeling Tool and you will see. I am in SC.
@1igf incorrect. Marketing Grade 5 is primarly BS/BA and gets about $60k. Grade 6/7 with an MBA and gets $80k and up.
Grade 5 mid range is $85k base. Most RCGs with MS degree start out at grade 5. Senior folks at Intel who make less should really be pi-sed and be looking to move elsewhere. ACT will also look at you underpaid folks to say, "Why have you not been promoted?"
