I didn't because I had been waiting over a year for a package and wanted out. I was surprised about the retention email I received though. But there was no way in H3LL I was staying. I waited a long time for a package, I got one, I was gone. Exit, stage right.
They were not able to help me with my anal retentive ways. Intel management sure loves me, however. Saved me from last ISP.
And ....
Yup, don't expect any miracles.
