the person from gateshead said it all, its the same stories coming from every NOV location around the world. I think it is the NOV corporate culture. This wasn't a home grown biz, its a bunch of small companies that have been merged into one. but NEVER lead as a world class organization. its has been and always will be the good old boy style of management.

Don’t get me wrong, There was a meth lab in the paint booth, There was a drug related pickup fire out by bld 22, people have been caught smoking meth on site ( and we all know he is still here ), Hell the HSE guy was caught red handed hauling a entire trailer load of materials out of the front gate, who else remembers a warehouse manager who was let go for theft, yet his father who was twice as bad is also still here. BUT all of that is fact, Getting on here saying the vulgar things are bad, C$%K s---ers, And Cu$ eaters, and the other thing can be considered hate crimes people.
The corruption & nepotism & keeping of low life's is company wide, not just in Pampa. Look at the posts from all the other plants describing the same type of thing. You should work at Gateshead.

Irate people get on here & call the posts on here childish & untrue. The are childish but they are true. A person got caught twice using drugs on site. There was a meth lab in the paint booth. So all of you sanctimonious pricks who don't like the truth go to church pray, then go back to sinning all week long. All the while telling yourself your better than everybody else. The truth hurts! Everything on this is true. One person at NOV, Pampa got caught twice smoking meth on site. There was a meth lab in the million dollar paint booth. How can someone caught twice using drugs on NOV property keep his job? It must be s---ing seed or butt. Or complete corruption in the Pampa plant, which is it? Yada-Yada!!!!!!!
Its beyond me as to why we cannot have a open honest discussion about the subject at hand, rather than a bunch of vulgar trash talking.
