In a way, millennials are like any other group - it's got rock stars and...not rock stars. I've worked with millennial rock stars, they're very good. Easily on par with the best in the company.
The rest are honestly entitled and lazy, and have never been told no in their lives. I've seen RCG's that take a week to do an hour's work, and interns that treat work like a school project - hang around the person who does the most then claim credit at the end (to be fair, they're fitting in quite well as potential management). And nearly all of them keep their phone close by whenever they're not on it.
From the focus on replacing experienced people with RCG's to TWWW, it really seems like BK's grand idea is to have people focus on work for 2 hours per day then be distracted or on facebook the other 6. If stock analysts had seen Intel offices 5 years ago and then today they'd rate us a strong sell.
