As an employee of ITT - with NO COMMUNICATION from HQ - I have seen a 'deposit' in my bank account today...and it's not pay day...and it's larger than usual.
I think that says it all.

Have they paid anyone's legally binding severance packages that were supposedly in play for non enrolling schools that stopped enrolling in 2015
Can you explain what your are mentioning here---don't all the locations have severance? I really need to know what's going on!
The question is ... Have they paid anyone's legally binding severance packages that were supposedly in play for non enrolling schools that stopped enrolling in 2015. Legally they must honor these contracts. I don't know anyone that is still under these contracts as the two I did have since left the company. Does anyone know anyone at those 10-12 locations?
@JbtPHco-hmh. PNC bank here. Got money. Two pays. Vacation pay matched.
You can call bs all you want. This is happening to us and trust is the reason we won't put down our districts. Various campuses, from campus directors to admin assistants. Two pays have either been recd or pending. One estimate matched his vacation remaining days. No one needs to prove shat here, we're telling it like it is. How about getting your head out of the sand.
I'm calling BS. Everyone is saying they received deposits but are not willing to disclose which campus or district they are from. Probably just trolling.
It was only folks who bank with credit unions from the other directors I spoke with that got this. We have a call in a little over an hour with our DM to get an update.
I don't believe the "glitch"theory either. I just want to know if it is severance or my last check. The least that they can do is be honest with us...
I got a deposit this morning and was curious if it was a glitch or not, as this week isn't supposed to be a pay week for ITT. Guess I'll not touch that money in case they do a chargeback.
It's sad when the employees don't believe their own company. Please, believe, or l....
For those that received deposits, what is your position (or what department are you in) and what is your district?
There is NO WAY this was a glitch!!!!!!!!! Hello people we aren't due to get paid until next Friday! There is no glitch!!!!!!! Not all of us have been paid yet but I am sure it's just a matter of time! Time hasn't even been submitted yet until today and yet people are receiving paychecks! And several non credit union people received it as well so it is not that either! It is sad that our company is keeping so many secrets! This will affect many lives!
"The DM just confirmed it was a payroll glitch. The credit unions picked up the notifications first before regular banks. ADP processed payroll early due to the holiday weekend."
Timecard and exception report entry is due/was due at 1:00pm today due to the holiday. Our administrative assistant just finished with input.
So.... yeah.... Let's try again
Hi, Indianapolis Star reporter here. If you've received extra pay today and would be willing to share, I'd love to hear from you. I'm at 317.444.6307 or james.briggs@indystar.com. Thanks.
PSHHHH LMAO processing error sure thing guys. Just face it the school is closing your getting paid out and this is what HQ is saying to stop mass panic. Your all just puppets. LOL
"ADP made a processing error"
--how many times has this happened in the last 5 years?
"ADP made a processing error and they are looking into it now." Once again, blaming someone else. Thanks for the update Deb... now how about a real update?

Anyone with BOA get a deposit yet?
This sounds like what happened to me years ago. I was working at a business that was struggling and we were handed our paychecks one morning and at noon they filed the bankruptcy papers. Once they file any payments from their account must be approved by a bankruptcy judge. Unpaid wages get first priority, but it can take weeks.
It depends on your bank. Some post immediately and some take up to 24 hours to post a transaction. It also takes time for the bank transferring the payment to get them all made.
Ok just confirmed. Some are receiving, some have not.
Nothing for me... Kind of have some doubts about others.
Some banks show the pending some do not. Mine is regions and it doesn't show. Went to the branch and VIOLA! two pending transactions for the 6th.
It's possible that not all schools will be shut down - might be the reason some employees are receiving these payments and others are not...
No transaction in my account too !! Bunch of haters spreading the rumors !
Sounds like they are shutting it down.
Has anyone heard any updates? So far no one at my campus haso gotten the extra check
Do the math. Full 2 week pay plus whatever PTO you have and that's the deposited amount. It's over I'm going home.
This is true,my department got it too...at least in career services so far. My director is checking up with HQ now.
I have that, too. No paystub showing yet on ADP. Pending deposit to hit on 9/6. Was told by Payroll that we are to get an email from HR later in the day.
I'm with jzt...
Prove it.
It's not spam. People at our campus received money in their accounts. Others show money pending. Today is not a pay day.
Spam post by another alarmist. I call bullshit on this. They will still be obligated to meet payroll and other payroll derived contractual obligations even if the file BK.
oh wow...me too. If that's a severance after so many years this makes me so sick.
Nothing in my account from them....
A likely precursor to the filing of a Chapter 11 petition. There are two types distinct categories of bankruptcy debt. Pre-petition and post-petition debt. The very moment of petition filing determines which debt category your payment falls into. By paying you before the petition's filing, to the extent of the payment you receive you are not a pre-petition creditor. You are not the only one being paid. Top executives are receiving the same treatment. Are you able to access your pay stub online? If so it will indicate what the additional funding is for.
