Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

6 months later - anybody any new ideas to add to this "save intel" thread ? https://www.thelayoff.com/t/H1LVQ6b

Lots of common-sense proposals in this 6 months old thread:

Anybody any new ideas?

Sincerely yours

@JXGLVdn-mle. "Credentials have nothing to do". Tell me what are BKs true amazing achievements that make him qualified. He made a silly ppt to BoD full of commonly known ills and buzz words of the next thing all gleaned from his staff and the web. What truest breakthrough strategy has he brought: commodity memeory, modems or 5g. Has he postitioned the company to turkey compete in the post x86 era with high margin growth products? Is intel now positioned to competent with Samsung and TSMC.

He should remove divisions that fail or aren't appropriate for the business environment and make the structural changes required. Is Foundry set up to be competitive, is TMG, are are products exciting and compelling and delivered on time with competitive PPAC?

Nope to all above he is a worthy alumni from a level of school like San Jose State. Harvard, Stanford, Berkeley and tier 1 are proud of their high tech leaders and San Jose will have their flaming CEO clown too. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

Credentials have nothing to do with performance of a CEO.

Revisit bio of school drop out CEOs.

Idiots @ymu with their idiotic opinions 😐😑😔

Being a CEO involves being creative, being able to envision the future, working with various people to form a strategy ... has nothing to do with education or intelligence.

CEO's success depends on success of various company business groups which has not been the case at Intel.

Company is suffering not because of BK

...but due to all the DUMBA$$es in the company that can't deliver, don't deliver, create hurdles for products, Directors that do no work, all the power point pushers, excel pushers, idiotic long time stays at Intel that want to continue working in their lazy inefficient ways the way they have since past few decades. 30-40% of Intel employees, most of whom - managers and directors should be eliminated, they do least work and spend the most through unnecessary expenses.

Fire all the long term engineers that are not powerpoint political influnce cowboys. If none are left fire some engineers at random to keep the ones remaining motivated to stay focused.

Look at the bio and legacy of CEOs of other leading tech companies and look at who we have at the top and his education and credentials!

No other thing needs to be said, intel and the future of moore is dead at intel

"How is Intel's top management compared with Qualcomm's. Their once 8th ranked passed-up is now the brain of Intel. So I think we need a more intelligent CEO. The rest is just details."
