Any thoughts on the controller resignation? I will say that SWN is better off without him. Was he forced out for misconduct with employees?

Don't name names, site rules. They'll remove your posts and you risk your IP being blocked. Just sayin'
Can anyone provide names? I don't know who the controller was.
I heard there was a lawsuit. Any truth?
If you can, keep us posted. I left b/c of the controller. And HR didn't do anything after I told them my grievances.
I've heard some rumors of additional "named" staff being let go as a result of "connections " here .... We will see
Well, if you take a close look at his career resume, he was promoted into that position far too soon. Your skillset should actually include significant exposure to 'accounting' and 'reporting' to be a CAO. Cronyism at it's best.
That is ABSOLUTELY true. I witnessed several situations as described in the previous post. This company has some SERIOUS problems.
And he only promoted women. He promoted women before they were qualified for the position so they would feel indebted to him and they will likely repay the favor.
This is also why in part accounting was so dysfunctional b/c you had ppl in positions they were not qualified for.
The title of this should be "Controller Fired". That tends to happen when you think you are above policies on sleeping with those that report to you. What do you tell your wife and children?
Who is taking over?
Rumors of affairs w/ co-workers and/or subordinates. Can't confirm if true or not..
@Iw4UUpH-3tve too close to some employees.
Can someone elaborate on what the lawsuits would be about, what the potential reason of the resignation would be?
It just seems to vague for someone to post on this site and not provide more detail.
So, what happened? Was he fired / forced to resign?
I will testify gladly. I have witnessed it all !
There needs to be a good lawsuit. These not NOT rumors.
Surprised there haven't been any lawsuits with the number of rumors that have been flying around
