Yes, finally got it after 92 days and multiple calls. It is direct deposit and see it pending in my checking account to post on Mon 8/1/16. Slightly less than 2/3 of the $9K since they take out 25% fed, 7% state and 1.25% Medicare for 33.25% total. No social security tax as that's already maxed for the year. Oddly it still seems short $17 but with no pay stub can't tell why.
To get it you had to sign up within 45 days of termination date on Hweitt Aon site for Cobra. Then call Intel HR payroll and make sure your names was on their 'list' fir the Aug payout. Sadly they never bothered to tell anyone this so many may miss it. Did get SPP, Severance ((ABP + Base/52w) * LOS), QBP and retirement/pension account psyouts. All weeks late, had to contact HR several, times and got multile wrong answers. This was from ISP late April.
I'm lucky to have over $1M saved from bonuses, stock and pay after 10 yrs. Am getting some decent interviews and trying to work a couple more years to 62. Work now is more for med coverage than pay at this point.
It's a miserable way to do business but at least I'm now finally done with Intel and never looking back!
