Few years ago I have dispute with my INTEL manager. Manager wanted in front of HR for me to commit to TRUST to her, INTEL, and to HR. She said, it is one of INTEL Code Of Conduct values. So, she said, by me acknowledging INTEL Code Of Conduct, and committing to it, I should trust to her and HR.
So, I refused. I said that trust is one very long process, as building the bridge from the both ends on the river's banks.
Does rule: "Disagree and Commit" applies in such a case? Do not forget, one of INTEL Code Of Conduct's pillars (one of few which is built on) is: "Disagree and Commit"?!
