12k or the highway for HR, they will hit the number at a minimum.
They can't control nor guarantee the 10nm schedule, nor PC demand. BTW they will be late and down more than expected
But easy to just change the criteria in an arbitrary but easy way and get the numbers to work as to people. Forget about transparent, dignity, respect, or common business sense.

Yes there is phase2. It is all over the HR foilware. Pay attention we are not done. When 12k are not reached on June 2 we will commence with more. What's wrong with you people
I do not think there will be PHASE 2. This is way too deep already...
