Looks like a Chinese investor just bought 9.3% of ESI.................................https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/922475/000121390016013393/0001213900-16-013393-index.htm

Jinde International Trade is licensed business in Irvine, CA, with Yude Zhang's name and address (identical to those on ESI SEC filing). Only 1 employee! Business description: International trade of recycled products.
Here is some information about company -- Jinde International Trade -- plastic recycling business!

See for yourself. City of Irvine website lists information about licensed businesses.
Here is link to large excel file with all licensed businesses, but it has thousands of lines -- if you download the file and run a search for YUDE, you get the business name, address, etc easily. Contact phone number is there as well, for anyone who wants it.

Yude Zhang is up to 12.91% of ITT Tech. Interesting. On July 5th, ITT Tech conducted major layoffs at over 100 campuses (effectively eliminating the recruiting staff and going into teach out mode). ITT Tech is backed up against a wall and has until July 20th to respond to the ACICS revolking of accredation...which of-course is meaningless given ACICS is losing its authority as of this August.
So the survival plan...rebrand the approximately 30 campuses (which they own the building) as Daniel Websters (piggy back Daniel Webster's accredation) and perhaps rebuild.
More like 1/10th the price. The bigger problem affecting community colleges is usually overcrowding.
community colleges are just as bad...
...but community colleges cost 1/3 to 1/4 the price, so it's not a fair comparison.
@Hq859Pk-5xqd, you continue to use "techniques of neutralization" to rationalize your behavior. I'm not sure why you are here since you suggest you have no affiliation with ITT Tech. While I have not worked at ITT Tech, a do know people who have attended........................................ https://www.arlnow.com/2015/07/27/photos-protesters-demonstrate-against-itt-tech-in-rosslyn/......................You claim community colleges are "just as bad" is the "condemnation of the condemners" rationalization. What's another rationalizations do you have for doing what you are doing? In the case of ESI, students and workers have legitimate grievances about this company................................................... https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/itt-techesi-faces-monumental-troubles-dahn-shaulis?trk=mp-author-card

Camden,
You need Therapy. You post on every ones websites against for profit colleges when community colleges are just as bad. Just go away already.
@Hq859Pk-5zfy, look in the mirror and you see your problem. You can try to rationalize your behavior, and perhaps cover it up with some form of addiction, but it won't work. The sooner you figure that out, the sooner you can heal yourself. Have you considered therapy?
Wow Cumdump, you keep putting your two cents in everywhere. What are you gonna do once your hero Obamamama is out of the white house?
The owner has for-profit colleges in China. So if you thought it was bad before...
Will be interesting to know what their game plan is. They surely can't think that this is a real college can they?
