I have $45K in savings; no mortage but a 5yo to support. VSP is about $60K. Wifey does bring to the table so VSP sounds good.

120k after taxes. Erp is one year base salary and bonus. So your salary is about $171k

$600K in savings, home paid off. $100K in Intel stock, $650K in 401K, my ERP will give me about 120K after taxes. Kids all married.
