I heard even DCG is asking folks with VSP on table to seriously reconsider taking it - soft performance message.
VSP is the way to go. Even if you stayed,byour relationship with Intel would be extremely strained.
The decision is YOURS if you have a VSP offer pending, but
-more actions coming and no guarantee that a later deal will be as sweet (market leading in their lingo)
-this is a soft performance message and if you're not in a position to move up or get EE or O, you are always going to come up for review when future cuts are made
- unless your manager has "stay" conversation (which your manager will be coaches on how to do)...you'd better go
But, it's your decision 🤔
