All this bunch does is protect each other to hang on a little longer. The truth is that these losers that have worked for DeVry for years know that they are doomed in the education sector and considered a joke!! Do you think the ship is sinking now losers??????????? Don't forget the journalism major running the awareness team! 43% 5 year cohort default rate! Great job! Along with the lady that has 0 operational experience over at SAC by the name of Wigdahl. How did she get that position? No wonder why the Cohort rates are thru the roof.
Yeah at home office! There is also history majors running our quality assurance department. And a manager of finance who has an Human resource degree, who hires these people?! No wonder why they have egos and are fearful of their jobs. They are doing something they are not qualified for! Neither of the two people have call center management experience and no one there to train them! It's like a ship without a captain sailing for no known destination.

I agree! Management does not listen to feedback and will only listen to "yes" people. Makes no sense. It's frowned upon to make improvement suggestions here. That is what happens when young inexperienced individuals are in management. They may write and present and talk a fantastic game. They make come up with catch phrases and copy industry terms. But what they lack is the ability to lead by example and ability to lead by work ethic.

Fire OHMS! Fire everyone who have only worked for one company and know one way! Devry has a lot of young people that are talented but just not business saaavy and only know the Devry way. They put art majors as business process analysts. Thats just one example. I can go on and on, however, the fact is simple, they need to get people in there from the outside and listen to them. Utilize their suggestions! Lot of stubborn people who say no we cannot do things that always feel threatened and have a huge ego and power trip that work there. It's their culture. So until they start listening and changing things, they will continue the same way. This is the only company I know that it depends who you are to get things done. Managers at this company like to hold people back instead of foster growth.
That's how they roll - need some change? Sure! Let's change everything except the management
