Where do you think the Hillsboro real estate price headed with this layoff?

Hillsboro house price has skyrocketed in recent months. But, I saw couple of pending houses changing status as active, may be a sign of pull back. What are your thoughts?

company is closing smaller sites and relocating them to larger sites. this means more people moving to hillsboro to intel's main campus.
