1 years pay, 2 years medical before I need to tap my 60K HSA. All other benefits... No Brainer for me..

@H5O41nw-faw - Thanks. I'm over 60 but only 6 years at Intel. No ERP offer, so I suspect that age + LOS is being used to determine ERP eligibility.
I'm missing the magic # by a couple years. bummer.

I'm curious which ERP rule you satisfied (60 or older, Rule of 75, etc).
