What happen if someone who meets rule of 75, but has a satisfactory at 2016 focal with SSL4?

Is the buyout they give at IR same as shown here (8 weeks + years of stay) ?
If you were hired after Jan 01 2015 you're exempt from the ISP, VSP and retirement package, but not site reduction... and of course the upcoming project cancellation and reorg
itje, thats not true. I have a friend wh got SSL in 2016 but had outstanding in 2015 so he is safe.
Not so well @1tqv (at least how it sounds to me).
If you received successful with SSL 4 or 5 in either 2015 or 2016, then expect to get an ISP.
How does this work for the newer individuals who started in 2015 and received ssl5?
ISP and VSP cannot have same package. I doubt how true this is.
