HR is coming in with no warning and they are making the pick without Manager approval. If upper Management or HR doesn't like you, you are the first to go.

@G5e9JMC-1hut - what a shitty way to think. "..best to keep ones mouth shut and be a ghost?" Well not everyone is closed minded like you or thinks the same way you do and not everyone is fearful.
There are many ways to go about doing things and keeping ones mouth shut is not one of them. You can expose people and their wrongdoing in many ways without anyone knowing you exposed them and remain anonymous. I am not one to sit back and keep quiet. If it comes down to retaliation, then it's on. Everything you do to retaliate will be recorded, video taped and documented for future reference. Hearsay proves nothing. Evidence speaks volumes.
For those of you who wronged people and retaliated and got people fired for exposing you, just remember, karma will be coming for you for payback! No escaping karma ever.
Sounds like a lot of retaliation and discrimination. Nov is supposed to be an equal opportunity employer with a zero retaliation open door policy, and yet here I'm reading what otherwise proves contrary to that. It's okay though. Not surprising and exactly why I've never gone to HR or Management with any problems. Always something that comes back to bite you in the ass and in the end it's just best to keep ones mouth shut and be a ghost.
