Shell's upper management is lost..... they are laying off mostly the workers and keeping all of the JP3/2 Managers. Most managers don't know how to do the work! I think I can help Shell safe money here...... close down part of WTC and WCK and simply rent one big office space that has no conference rooms, just cubicles. They won't need conference rooms cause there are no works to give orders to !!! Think! Peter the Great!... In my long career at other companies, my managers always left me alone because they knew they could count on me to get the job done, and worked with hardly no supervision. I'm now with a new company, and in only my first week, one of the upper managers of this company, sent me a 'great job' email for taking care of an urgent issue they had. The owner took the time to come meet me and thanked me for a 'job well done'....and then asked me "why would Shell let go a talent like me". What a complement!. Shell doesn't care about talent. Managers take care of each other and I have proof if I could share their names here

Mr. @Fz3LdPs-orit - it's time for managers to face the music! They're reaping what they sowed!
Who is these retards posting initials. guess what nobody could figure who they are except you and them. So technically you wasting your time.
English can send more money to Ryder to buy more trucks to haul off money than to haul drill pipe
Hmm. Don't know that one. How about DC at OSS.! Or RvG.!
Initials: KN at westmalo ... guess that name..
Name of one sick ass: David Williams, Team Lead Risk Management, Americas. Stay tuned, more names to be added soon!!!!
If mangers are good enough for our Lord and Savior, they're good enough for me.
Names! We want names!! Lol.
In principal, managers should be expert at doing the work of their subordinates. It makes sense that managers would be the last to go. Leadership is the foundation of any organization.
It's because all the team leads and managers are the best available. Failures of any group must be caused by subpar subordinates. Any poor feedback of management during the yearly dog and pony show is because reports don't understand how to fill out the Peoples survey.
