Wow. Crazy thread here. As a naive mom, have to ask though. I have a ton of Pokemon cards from the early '90s my kids collected. How do you figure out if they are worth anything? May have to help pay for the next semester of college the way things are going.

I stalk the layoff boards to stay ahead of the power curve. We all know that your crap industry is going to cause us headaches, we just need to plan on how much and how soon.

You are both being immature. Collecting magic cards is a perfectly reasonable hobby for children and adults alike to enjoy. Its just as valid as pininterst. It encourages critical thinking and creativity. Lets all just be nice to each other. I'm sure this woman is very upset that she will likely lose her job and we should not pile on, even if she is being rude.
I'm still very interested in helping out by offering top dollar for your collections. I'm particularly interested in your so called gimmick cards which often bring top dollar on the secondary markets. Let me know what else you have.

I can't tell if you're being serious, but I happen to have some MTG I'm trying to get off my hands. Some are illegal in certain formats but most can be played in tourneys. I have some gimmick cards like Tiger Stock I'd be willing to part with. LMK.
