Nobody cares about CSAT, they axed half the Customer Advocacy group too.
Bangalore, of course. They even axed some guys in Costa Rica, too expensive as well, I guess.
Some happened to work in Burlington, but were not targeted because their BU was not targeted. Others were kept on despite their BU being targeted.
So when are the last 50 getting fired?
GSS suicide. The future of the business is banking on support contracts but good luck selling them considering 95% of your talent just got pushed out the door. 2016 will be an UGLY year, especially for customers.

The way this is being handled from a customer sat viewpoint is outrageous. They have essentially locked actively engaged TSEs out from customers.

It is true that Burlington got axed, but roughly 50 people will be working remote from now on.
