Everyone's subconsciously trying to hide, hoping that the layoffs won't find them if they keep their head down. It's an evolutionary defense mechanism.

It won't be when the sh*t breaks loose, whenever that occurs. With DVN down 6.52% on today's trade, something quite ominous appears to be on the not-so-distant horizon. To be fair, It's not just DVN that's struggling in a very nervous energy sector.
