What company drops the backbone of their entire care organization????for all those out there that don't know....the call centers that sprint is closing are the original internal retention sites-or at least the few they had remaining...

So typical of Sprint. I worked at the Rio Rancho NM call center for over 8 years until I could no longer stand it another day. They treat their employees terrible. Was a very unhealthy atmosphere.
