Racism and is everywhere. If you believe it does not exist at PCG, you are naive. Sexism is also a problem at PCG. There's tons of managers at PCG, (not including those with the title supervisor). How many of them are women? Open your eyes. It's easy to turn a blind eye to a social injustice you've benefited from.
Shut up with the racist bullshit! There's far more handouts for African-Americans in the USA than for Caucasians. Hey NAACP where's my white college fund. Never mind on the job promotions and especially job security. Nepotism is everywhere it's just the way life works. Racism is treacherous ignorance and within itself it is a problem but quit acting like NOV is a racist outfit because it's not! Lame

There are no African American Engineering Managers at PCG. African Americans are not promoted at this location.
Nothing will change in 2016, PCG will continue to remain rife with racism and nepotism. If you don't believe it, look around and you will find one African American Engineering Manager, Supervisor, VP, or Director. The evidence speaks for itself.
