Dear management of the Hammond plant, you deserve every bit of this shutdown for your continued policy of promoting your incompetent cronies to join your little party, while you continued to push talented and motivated employees who you viewed as a threat out of the door. Congratulations on keeping your failure all in the TK family.

To anonymous, referee and king kong. I was told by a true friend that my name was brought up on this forum. Since I was the only person with that name that worked there I take it you are talking about me. Before you people get on a site and start dragging someones name through the mud and using fake names or no name to make a post you need to get your facts straight and know who is posting what. If any of you have something to say to me or about me don't come on here and do it you come to my face and do it. I'm not hard to find. In matter of fact some of your soon to be Ex-coworkers have my phone number if you feel you need to get something off your chest. The fact of the matter is this. I care as much about you people getting laid off about as much as you people cared about me when I got laid off. Some of you I thought was a friend but I found out different over two years ago. Hammond's inability to learn implement new methods and the incompetent leadership through the last 5 years is what sealed their fate. Feel bad for the guys in the shop, they were victims of poor leadership.
