Why are you so cheap that unlike every retailer in the world you haven't invested in a communications system that doesn't announce it to everyone in the store over the intercom using codes known to every associate that's worked at Sears in the last four generations? Well, I guess Eddie isn't very good at the whole loss prevention thing since he's managed to lose the company tens of billions of dollars.

This proves that Eddie had no business owning/operating a retail business. He should have stuck to his day job at his hedge fund business.
