Some merchandise may have been shipped from other stores. Eddie "Mr. Transformco" Lampert's reputation is poor among major vendors, and word gets around quick.
Eddie did sue vendors who refused to send merchandise to the stores. Now Eddie is being sued by mall property owners, investors, Stanley Black and Decker, and others.

More stock then we know what to do with. Worked 72 hours again last week. My check was good and based on this stuff coming in looks like we have new vendors.

You must be as big an id–t as Eddie is if you think that slapping a new name on the company has anyone fooled.
No pepsi, no coke, no tools, no plastics, no small appliances so I would say no. Anyone can see it slowly liquidating. Never have seen it looking so dismal.
The vendors will get a fraction of what the merch is worth once the next bankruptcy startd.
@fhj - Note your own words, "in the past." Yes, Eddie did sue vendors to fulfil standing orders that were placed by Sears Holdings Corporation; SHLD. Sears Holdings Corp. ceased business when it entered bankruptcy proceedings. Transform Holdco LLC is the new business that current vendors are dealing with. The big question is why would any sane vendor choose to do business with Eddie's new company?

@12zfyv5j-exd This is where the robot uprising begins. Poor robot slaves forced to fulfill endless orders of game tables, and never repaired because the money needed to maintain them never goes through. The extinction of humanity will be Eddie's true legacy. The man must be stopped.
the DDC is full of game tables enough to last a year they may be on automatic order and no ones their to stop it.

They'll continue to send things, because they are scared to be unfairly sued by Eddie to keep providing merchandise regardless of payment or not.
I feel sorry for the company who is sending all the game tables. Maybe they don’t know that we don’t pay our bills.
Judging from the mty shelves and lack of inventory at our store, I would say no
