This company will reap what it sows for hurting thousands of people. Get out before the inevitable occurs. They are now hiring per diem to fill full time slots so that they don't have to pay salaries or benefits.

Apparently many workers are being told they are going to be assisting with C&S and afterwards they aren't certain if they come back to "business as usual." That "training" is January 6th and is said to last 45 to 60 days.

Layoff dates are not posted anywhere nor have they been released to ANY employee (sup/mgr). Please don't believe these posts. And please don't apply for other positions before you receive notice...you have no way of knowing if that position you take is up for elimination (which happened to half a team when they were "placed" into other "positions" and then 80% of those were laid off 2 months later).

@12u9p6rq-1yfd It’s the same thing in the appeals department , maybe it’s all of C&S

Just read another post there was "restructuring" in M&R today. Were there layoffs as well?

QVC has been impossible to get this past quarter. I’m so tired of them being dishonest. Oh your jobs aren’t going to be impacted. I don’t believe it at all.

Don't wait if you think your job is at risk. Apply now. Depending on your position/ area youre applying out too- it can take a long time. I know its just an estimate and so many factors play into it - but I saw on Reddit to approximate 1 month per every 10K you make to find employment, Obviosuly the more people you have to network with the better but it may be a long process. I started applying last week. Even if my job isnt elimintaed after all, this has turned me agaianst wanting to stay at UHC, Cant trust this place.

Could it be that 1/8 and 3/4 are the layoff days and 1/22 and 3/25 are the last work days.? Either way, we should be on alert.

Praying that 4 dates listed here, praying the layoff dates are early in month. That way we have ability to search all month for jobs. It’s supposed to be a good time to be hired?

staff who got annual reviews of 3s are vulnerable. Unfortunately those with 4s and 5s may be older and earn too much so no one is safe. layoffs are planned to the day so it will be ugly when the dates arrive. they withhold sharing dates with us, we are in the dark but that’s because in behavioral they don’t want s–c-des when people can’t handle the stress of facing layoffs. keeping quiet is a form of control and psychological torment. thanks for trying to inform us in advance!

Something is going on in CRT claims. ALL manager communication went dark. Minimal Supervisor emails, stripped of ALL OT, they’ve made it virtually impossible to even try for QVC, cancelled ALL meetings even weekly team meetings, and now the daily inventory spreadsheets have suddenly been halted??

Makes sense to me. Last few rounds have been first wed of each month.

Your source is reliable? The dates seem odd; I would have thought Jan. 22nd and March 25th.
