Boeing signaled on Thursday that it no longer expects its 737 Max
to be certified by the end of the year and instead will work with the
FAA to return the plane to service in 2020.
The acknowledgment came after chief executive Dennis Muilenburg
met with top officials at the FAA.

  • Beginning of the End

The Max is not the End of Boeing.
The Max Re-certification is not the beginning of a new chapter for Boeing.
This generation of Boeing Management and the Max Aircraft
Mark the Beginning of the End of Boeing,
as a Relevant Commercial Aircraft Manufacture.
Management is Abhorrent.
Governance is Disgraceful.
Behavior is Criminal.

Within 30 years Boeing will file for bankruptcy.
Because it will have lost the scale of production needed to be profitable
In this industry.
Airbus and China will control global commercial aviation.
The Board of Directors Names Will Live On In Infamy {Good For Them}

Maybe the world will become a better place because of their shame.
Nice thought but no, we are all doomed to slavery in corporate servitude.
Corporation will overtly run the governments of the world.
We will have no say, we will all work for the “We Say So Corporation”

https://www.cnbc.com/2019/12/11/faa-predicted-more-fatal-737-max-crashes-after-lion-air-flight-went-down.html

The Federal Aviation Administration predicted more than a dozen fatal
Crashes of the Boeing 737 Max after the first of two deadly crashes of
The plane, an FAA document released during a House hearing on
Wednesday showed. { December 11, 2019}

The internal FAA review, dated Dec. 3, 2018, said 15 fatal crashes of the Max
were possible if there were no changes made to flight-control software that
was implicated in both crashes, over the course of the plane’s lifetime,
Which would last decades.
Boeing’s added its risk analysis matched the FAA’s conclusions

What a long strange trip it’s been. From Boeing to MD to now “This”
A Criminal Corporatocracy; yes that is a real word; what a shame.

https://in.reuters.com/article/uk-usa-boeing-safety/faa-seeks-3-9-million-fine-from-boeing-for-defective-parts-on-737-ng-planes-idINKBN1YA2KF?rpc=401&

Boeing knowingly submitted aircraft for final FAA airworthiness certification
After determining that the parts could not be used due to a failed
strength test.
In a statement on Friday, Boeing did not admit liability but said they were
Aware of the FAA’s concerns.

Yes in engineering we were aware that there were bad parts being Installed.
We had No Say, because nothing is to stop the production line, period.
A Criminal Corporatocracy

Boeing tries to reassure airline industry leaders about Max

The aircraft maker invited about 30 union officials, safety experts and others
to the Seattle area for two days of meetings with Boeing executives.
The event shows how motivated Boeing is to get the Max back in the air quickly,
says Lori Bassani, president of the union that represents American Airlines flight attendants.

(Opinion) PR has its place, face to face meetings and handshakes add personal
context when conducting business. A Personal Reassurances should go a long
way to restoring confidence in Boeing efforts to make good on broken promises.

From the start Boeing advertisements and Sales staff assured customers of the
Quality Dependability and Safety of its product a high performance 737
Best In Class with no additional training needed.
At that very moment Boeing was acting as a car dealership, Not as Boeing.
The latest concern is:
The event shows how motivated Boeing is to get the Max back in the air (quickly). Because Boeing cares so much about people: That they can make money off of.

https://edition.cnn.com/2019/12/04/perspectives/boeing-trust-muilenburg/index.html

As you sell your home and plan for early retirement, tell no one just say goodbye. Treat Boeing as they have treated others, do not reveal material facts.
As far as my wife and I are concerned, Boeing is in name only.

FAA Issues Updated Equipment Rules for Boeing’s 737 Max Jet

The U.S. Federal Aviation Administration on Thursday issued proposed
New rules for airline operations on the Max that adapt to the fixes being
finalized for the grounded jetliner. The public will have 30 days to comment
on the document, which was posted on the FAA’s website.

  • Boeing is finalizing changes to a flight-control system.

The company must complete an audit of the software changes and
Test the revised system in flight simulators with a variety of pilots.

In addition to signing off on the redesign, the FAA is also devising
New pilot training.

Because of revisions to the 737 Max’s flight computers –
which will be checking each other in Boeing’s Proposed New Design
The FAA is changing requirements for how airlines operate
If the computer or related functions aren’t working properly.

(Opinion) Look at the history of Airbus FCC issues get their input
LOL that will never happen Boeing pride. (Pride goeth before destruction)
Work with Boeing Defense flight systems engineers.
Boeing is tied in with NASA have their systems engineers run a check.
Do Not through another hand full of mud on the wall to see if it sticks.

As reported today December 5 2019, "SEATTLE (Reuters) - Significant additional regulatory requirements or delays in returning Boeing Co’s (BA.N) 737 MAX to commercial service could cause it to cut or temporarily halt production of the aircraft, it said in a letter seen by Reuters on Thursday."
