Exactly.All of us who work there know what really goes on, meanwhile Boeing lies to rest of the world that their main concern & focus is safety....it's going to get worse around there real soon.They're already taking steps to make it hell, & anyone who's been through layoffs has seen this before; they always crack down & start putting their noses up everyone's a– right before layoffs.Walk a straight & narrow line going forward, they'll be watching for anything they can get people on.
They won't change a thing about management, it'll be the lowly employees that are expected to change.Those that had nothing to do with this mess will be hit hardest.

We all know many people at Boeing feel this way about the culture at Boeing. All you have to do is read what you find here in the many threads.
Here is what is going to happen. The culture will not change, however, your ability to talk about it will. If you are complaining or they see you write something in an email, IM, or social media that is negative, you will be labeled. You will be watched, and at the right time, you will be removed. Watch what you say, watch what you write. Boeing will not hesitate to use the full extent of their power to make your life hell.
