Why are some Kmarts listed for sale on real estate sites? Some Kmarts are still operating.

@1lij Well the only remaining Kmart in TX is Mcallen not Lubbock. The others umentioned are still open though, yes. For now anyway, LOL.
These are almost all closed or closing stores. The only ones listed here that are also on the list of 58 open stores are:
Key Largo, FL
Marshall, MI
Willow Street, PA
Lubbock, TX
Burlington, WA
Even these all appear to be advertising smaller retail or office spaces in the same shopping center as a Kmart, not the Kmart space itself.
every store has been listed for sale for years
Because they're all going to be closed soon, so why not dump the real estate now before it tanks in value, because apparently according to people on here, real estate has no monetary value.
They are trying to sell and lease back to get quick cash. So then they will make a quick to expire lease if they need to exit.
They said they were going to sell Kmarts in bankruptcy court. No one stopped them then who is to stop them now?

They’re probably part of the next batch of closures, it’s just that they don’t know it yet!!
Link please?
They are a part of the real estate play.
