Columbus TSYS is a literal ghost town.......

The learning and development team has been dramatically cut.
Managers are going to be let go in corporate ridge.
half of the IT team supporting boarding and servicing team in broomfield has been let go.
Any updates on the cuts to the Campus? Are the employees being cut replaced by temp employees?

Today. A lot of cuts today, Columbus.
I was in a meeting with some of the Global Payments folks. They have contracted a staffing firm to replace about 200 jobs currently held at Campus. I worry for our town and what will be left of it.
TSYS employees that work in Columbus have never really been team players with anyone working for TSYS outside of Columbus. Especially in the GTS division.
From what I’m hearing employees from GPN are not respecting any of the experience and expertise of TSYS team members. You have people in ATL with very little work experience period making decisions to cut the people that have way more knowledge. GPN does not want to change or consider any of the TSYS values. It’s a way different company folks. I think we will begin to see a decline of the overall work environment. Very sad to see. I hope the existing TSYS leadership will continue to fight for team members and the value we bring to the company.
Don't go the Synovus. They are laying off, too. Bad time in Columbus. Place is the pits.
