To those still believing in Eddie and TransformCo, why? Why troll (it’s cheap laughs) or be serious in believing that TransformCo has a future of growth and success?
This company is doomed, and will close down. The IP will be bought up by companies like Wesfarmers or Carlos Slim’s empire. But the stores, as we know them, they’re all doomed to close in the next 12-18 months.
Don't forget the co-conspritors aiding and abetting him at securities firms and old roommates and college buddies at brokerages, hedge funds, and those creating windfall credit default swap vehicles. Eddie relies on the fact that no one ever looks at bond and other securities contracts to pull his insider BS. Easy to hide the evidence and keep plausible deniability when you can do all your deals on a big boat in the middle of the ocean.
If you want to look at the cheerleaders who should be in prison, you've got to look beyond Transform/Sears. Look at the board and C-suite insiders who've stuck around without any apparent merit at ESL, Seritage, Sears Canada, Land's End, SHOS, etc for a long time. There's a lot of incestuous relationships that the media, SEC, and DOJ should have been looking into all along.

The Department of Justice, IRS and SEC need to investigate Eddie's business deals. Too many people being financially burned by this man.

I see it coming sooner than later. The writing has been on the wall for a long time. It would be nice to see this stupid fiasco finally come to an end.
