It was held on November 8th last year, and they haven't announced a date yet.

Novembet 15 at 8:30.
My guess is they're scrambling to build a model showing how much the recent layoffs are going to save. The cash burn must have been pretty severe.
@11S63OHV-olw, actually, they usually post notice of the call at least a week ahead of time. Calls are usually held on a Wednesday or Thursday at 8:30am.
No delay. The call usually happens during the first week or two of the month, but the date varies. They will post notice of the session some 24-48 hours before the date on their investor page. You can sign up for email alerts there, too. Cengage usually does its calls early on a Friday morning (sometimes Thursday) so later this week wouldn't surprise me at all.
Ah yes. Michael can say "Impact of the new fiscal year reporting" now that he's worn out "Ordering patterns have shifted."
They are trying to determine what fiscal year they move to so that they can continue to game the system. Although the gig looks to finally be up.
