I work at a GWP store. Those numbers are accurate. Most AT are making $13/hr, TL $18, Coach $55k. Store manager more than listed.

The roll out will vary some, but I'd expect a more rapid deployment after the holidays despite what MM and SM say.

If you believe they will wait till 2021 on the rest of the transition ,if they think they can save more money and do away with more long term people they will do it ,like they haven't lied to us before ???? I mean really I don't believe any of there sh– they say anymore

Store Volume will dictate how many coaches and whether the store has eliminated overnights. Think of 6 coaches maybe for $100+ million earning super centers that remain open overnight. The only ones most can confirm is Fresh Coach and Front End Coach, as that's the ones that are currently transitioning. The store I work at starts GWP in fresh and front end the beginning of 2020. We are told we won't transition to total store until 2021. We are told that ACCM, eCommerce, and APASM are unaffected at this time.

It doesn't seem like there's an elimination of ASMs, but increased pay and responsibilities for the ones who make the cut. (Like mini co managers almost) It's the DMs who are getting shafted. Most of them are one man bands at my location. Only the largest departments have any sales associates. The DM does it all.

This is old news. Talk about something new like how front end jobs are merging

Even factoring in for differences bewteen markets and regions those numbers seem awfully high for Walmart. That company is notoriously cheap.

This would eliminate five salaried managers in our store.

That seems a bit over-exaggerated they are downsizing.

Right. The question is how many per store? Six coaches? Fresh, front end, grocery/consumables, GM, home and fashion, overnight. Three ASMs, eCommerce, AP and ACCM. Is that correct?
