Funny how the Contract was approved and call-backs are underway and this site has nothing regarding what good the Union did? Must be the naysayers are too busy eating crow to talk? Feathers coming out of their A**?

That can't be helped. We're all mad here...
If HR sent everyone in the company with mental health issues to EAP, our company would be bankrupt already.
@8evi this is HR. We are sending you to the EAP for counciling.
@8hjj actually, I'm on a business trip to one of our sites in Asia right now, meeting to arrange for moving work out of Greenville. If you have ever traveled then you'd know that not everyone is in the same time zone as you.
You replied at 2am? You're not well. Dude, you need to change your life.
Relax. More layoffs are still coming.
Why do D's and T's pay the same on the same job? D's paying less dues proportionately based on hourly rate!
RM couldn't figure out how to walk and chew gum at the same time he does however likes his stipend checks
@110GZXTM-1hdr Coming soon to a union near you, higher dues for local 301. It’s confusing though, the lower rates want the dues to be based on a percentage, so higher paid, higher skilled employees pay more dues, it makes sense to them. But, they don’t want the same logic used when it’s time for pay increases, how does that work? Maybe RM can figure it out when he gets to national.
It’s the calm before the storm. Layoffs are coming and yes the union did do a c-appy job on this weak contract.
I was going to say something but something else came up
Maybe we need to pay more union dues to save our jobs. Please save our wimpy tails.
well the site is called "thelayoff.com", not "fellate-the-union.com"...
