I don't think the company is doing too well post bankruptcy. I enjoy going through their stores, and I hope that they start to open new ones again.

@4unh It might just work. At least, they are investing into this idea unlike all the other big ideas management kicked off for last 10+ years, but never had the balls to be fully invested in.
Is you ask me, this plan is stupid. HQ are planning to open many small format stores in near future, most of them will be repurposed hometown units.
This was the whole point of the sears hometown buyout. Get off mall with smaller stores.
They better remodel the remaining stores if they even want to make an attempt to turn around.
