5G hype train is fully booked and Qualcomm is all around the news . Making deals left and right. I got a job offer as well - is it a good time to join ? I see so many negative posts here :|

If a person only relied on this site, they would think Qualcomm has let go 1/2 its employees. The reality is employment is at an all time high.
Spin of the wheel. Nobody can answer that.
As apple has showm qc before, they can break the contract any time they want and get away with it.
like @bnf said, a majority of the teams are fine and what you see here is somewhat hyperbolic of the problems QC has.
What I would suggest if you do take the offer is to continue networking internally and externally of the company.
QC has two major issues which could devastate the company economically. First is the FCC ruling that the company will have to renegotiate its contracts with all the companies we sell to. If that ruling is upheld in the circuit court or SCOTUS, then QC's main way of generating revenue is completely f—ed. If this occurs I will leave the company, our stock will drop 30-40% and things will look very bleak.
Second is if Apple is actually able to create their own Modem. This isn't as bad as the first thing i've outlined, but it will lower the amount of money QC brings in. We will know the outcome of this in 3-4 years when they decide if they wan to renew the supply contract with us.
So if you think the job will be fun/interesting, you should come, but be prepared to leave, make sure you continue to develop your skills and your contacts so you can get hired if sh– hits the fan.
