Wake up... the only time a Walmart policy for employees pops up, is in court in the hands of a WM lawyer. Call Ethics or HR and all rules of coaching’s/write ups suddenly don’t exist.

Walmart "says" that there is no retaliation. But in reality that's just "something they say".
Yes, there are some good people at the company, just as there are at almost any company. However, they are few and far between and most of them have learned to keep their heads down and their mouths shut so that they remain at the company. Sad but true.
@qjt Retaliation is all too real. It's all subtle so that associates can't do a damn thing about it.
I’ve lost count how many Co workers were given development ratings on their last evaluation. No up front conversations or one on ones to discussions. No process in place to challenge the ratings. In fact, most did even return emails and phone calls.
Ethics and HR are there FOR THE COMPANY, not the employees. Should it be this way? No. Is it this way? Yes. Is it going to change? No.
