I'm hearing double time just got yanked with holidays and 7th days capped at time and a half. Even worse straight time if you don't have 40 hours worked. Vacation and personal no longer count towards your 40? You can't even get a vacation day you need. No career progression in sight. What's next? How much more can they take from the worker that built the company? Anyone feel comfortable with their mortgage or financing a new ride? More contractors by the day. When is this nightmare going to end?

So which is it? True because it’s in our contract? And who exactly is the “our” contract? Or is it true because every one on here says it is? Because I heard every one on here say the Union was a great choice, or was it a terrible choice? So just because some one says it on this forum, does not make it true. Half the shops don’t even have contracts yet.
I only state the facts of what is in our contract. Please don’t spread false information saying that no metrics is a lie when it is most certainly is not. Who the hell are you to say it’s a lie? Why do you think it’s a lie when over & over & over again multiple people here have said it’s in the contract?
No metrics? What a lie!
Don’t know what your talking about. Everything stays the same with our shops. We get called for DT & OT & we’re gonna be the primary workforce with guaranteed yearly raises & metrics gone after 2019.
Hey Black & White, you work for AUSA or ATS????

Who says services will be needed after the build?
- Marquee
- Employee Experience
- My finances
- Payroll
- Top of the page under Announcements. Ancillary Compensation Changes (ie: overtime, shift differential, standby and callback pay)
- Pick what you are. Exempt/east non exempt and west non exempt. That’s your new policy effective 7/13/19
They have offered packages to both USA and ATS .. the writing is has been on the wall !!!! Leave before 2020 !!!! The Axe will chop all the high paying heads
It says double time for seventh consecutive day on marquee for standby outage
I guess voting yes didn’t keep things “as is” no more double time, and contractors doing our build. Guess I’m the s—er who’ll go from running fiber to running a rout. Glad the union still is gonna get my %2. And when I go back to the late shift, it’ll make me feel all warm and fuzzy to know that the drop I’m running for the lazy day guy that kicked it, doesn’t mean he won’t get the same raise I do. Work hard, because all the techs that don’t, are counting on you to do their jobs for them. Thanks union!
It’s on the marquee. Don’t forget, the company can still implement on the union guys. All they have to do is give notice.
tears for fears
If this is management saying this then shame on you. It’s sad that you have to sink this low to try & spread fear among us by spreading false information. None of the union shops have to worry about anything you mentioned.
S—s to be you! Our union has us covered!
