Be prepared to see the Dell team contractors cut loose, and 10% of the FTEs. This is the big one we have been expecting.
Do not know about August but there are some in Dell Digital that got notice today.

I am already out of Dell. But have been approached by several people in the last day that have had a "Conversation" with their manager about being let go. They wanted to know how the process worked from someone who has been through it.
These have been in both CSG and ISG on both the Product Management side and Software Engineering.
Also several teams in ISG have been placed under new directors. This seems to be in anticipation of reducing the director head count (they really need to reduce the VP head count).
The indication is that it will start in July and end in September. And yes, it will be a larger one then the last few.
It’s going to be a huge layoff. Cutting significantly. Any word around “the company is doing great” is total BS.
They’re going to break pretty much everything. Then sit there and continue to over work their people. Then wonder why nobody has any motivation.
Oh and BTW Mikey sold 10M worth of shares. So that’s cool. Glad that POS is all set.
