Thread regarding Baker Hughes layoffs

Weekly testing still going to happen just for the "Anti-Vaxxers?"

When and where are we going to get this class-action lawsuit started??? -for the "anti-vaxxers" being "forced" to do weekly testing. Not only BH likes to test their products but the employees too: the company is asking its workforce within- to potentially start a protest. With inflation- we know we deserve more than breadcrumbs that has been given to "the essential workers;" BH will continue to damage its reputation, and I know many will look forward to seeing it shutting down, may not happen tomorrow but in time.
Corporations can be just as expendable as employees. As long as the individual shows that they are capable; companies are starting to realize that a degree is not needed for every position out there.

@zxp+1fjWwfJw HAHAHAHA The company had a chance to listen to the employees but BH wanted to play a game of Ultimatum; now BH is slowly losing employees one-by-one, having a hard time either keeping or hiring new ones, and can only get interns or temps to work for them. "It is one thing, with a huge workforce, if you have to send out work for 'supply & demand,' but it's another story when the work force head-count is descending," -The Public.

Other than the "mandate," its not the only thing that people are not happy with about BH. In case someone may have forgotten, this is not the only site that the public can read about how people feel about a company .....just saying

"A bonus is temporary happiness and a small distraction."

What with the PEMEX investigation for potential FCPA violations submitted to the SEC and MCB selling out that huge share position she had in q4 of 2021, fully expecting the share price to hit the ground like a fg dart, when the markets realise high oil prices won’t save a pig that cannot fly straight from sl------r. But expect more cost out initiatives (staff) AKA RIF to plump the revenue figures up a bit in 22, but it’s already looking like BH will be eating HAL & SLB dirt throughout 22. Bon Appetit, s** heels!

There are no damages. Thus no valid lawsuit. The company is giving you a chance to keep working if you defy their vaccine mandate. Period. Feel lucky, or kick rocks.
