How much staff considering current prices.
When prices recover some oil cos will benefit and accelerate. Oxy will accelerate too, which is common when circling the drain, just before entering the sewer.
How many VPs of support do we have? Does Business Units really need that much support? The whole org is plagued with support teams, Risk Team, army of people doing Project Management...
