I heard that VSP is being offered company wide now. I guess involuntary may be a few weeks or months behind.

@5va sounds like that’s the same as the VSP then
@208 heard after 15 yrs for ISP in November; 19 weeks pay, IRS takes 20%, Cobra option (overly expensive), loss of all benefits in two weeks.
It’s done for VSP.
@OP any updates? Or they are done?
If someone was laid off in November what package did you get? debating taking VSP and just jumping to a new company
Was it worse then vsp?
@gh they already had involuntary layoffs in November 2025. Very very poor severance packages to boot (no pun intended)
@1fw what was being offered?
I assume not enough took the VSP. Honestly, that was a horrible package.
new company newsletter actually confirms more upcoming layoffs
I wonder when but they may bleed the company dry of employees.
I heard they will be few rounds of layoffs at least 2 rounds this year after VSP. They want to take lot of risk by letting people go
@fv I bet its to force the employees without a physical location who do not want to move or work in an office out the door. The question is when will it be involuntary.
I wonder how many people will take it.
