Too many people getting paid commission for doing almost nothing. That's going to be cleaned up in the next few weeks.

With Dell now buying Moogsoft so they can try to innovate into AI the company will be shifting resources and focus towards AI. The legacy of what they have previously purchased will be carved up and sold away as Dell always does. This is the way they operate it’s ingrained in the company culture.
It’s most likely going to be a wild ride.

More like 8-10% with entire divisions being axed. Sales will be hit the hardest, acq, commercial and enterprise more specifically. This number has risen since the abysmal 1H and giant miss across the board. How do I know? I am not ex Dell, I currently work at Dell as a 3rd line leader in US Sales. I have been read in by legal so I know what is coming in my org and across the company globally.

Most overlay sales roles will be decimated. Core will have to do everything.
