They announced a surplus, basically in the last listen live Nick stated automated system IVRU, chat bot etc all automated systems were handling 50% of the calls. Not to mention the new contract signed last month only gave our group till 7/1/2024. But NT and several other groups being reduced also. Most of us knew it was coming, and the package is decent….

@2jvf+1nGzKAQk AI certainly has the potential but Frontier won’t be able to successfully implement it. Every system they have attempted to implement has never worked properly and crashes on a daily basis. Frontier also doesn’t have a functioning knowledge base for the vendors use which is why the vendors cannot assist the customers. The reps they are getting rid of are the only people who know how the systems and equipment work. I feel bad for the customers, they won’t be able to get help anymore. Churn baby churn
